Factors Affecting the Performance of Small Micro Medium Enterprise (UMKM) in Lagoa Village

UMKM is a productive economic efforts controlled by individuals, or agencies but with special business capital and limitations in increasing efforts, not alliances that belong to companies cooperatives b ecomes one of the important economy pillars Indonesia when there was monetary emergency 1997. When many large industries went bankrupt era, activities even increased companies/industries experienced bad situation. This research aims find out factors affecting performance Small Micro Medium Enterprise (UMKM). Research used quantitative methods which conducted at Lagon MMS, Jakarta. Sampling technique probability sampling simple random techniques 97 respondents. Data analysis employed Smart PLS3 software. The results show namely knowledge, capital, information systems, E-commerce, environmental uncertainty knowledge.
